Who is Fit Four Training?

Caroline began her career as a Personal Trainer in 2007 and has worked with hundreds of clients. She is a Clemson Graduate with a Certification in Personal Fitness training at Greenville Tech. Her passion is to help her clients live a healthier lifestyle through great nutrition and exercise.
It takes time…effort…and dedication to start your fitness journey. You commit to put in the work and to not give up. And I’ll do my part: instruct, encourage and motivate you to stay on track so you can reach a higher level of fitness.
To see results, you’ve got to keep moving forward. You reach one fitness goal, then you start another. All goals are attainable if you break them down into smaller steps that move you toward the larger destination.
